Responsible borrowing

Responsible borrowing means only borrow what you need and having a plan of how to repay what you have borrowed.

Create a budget to help keep borrowing to a minimum. This will also help you to determine what you need to borrow and avoid excess borrowing.

Use your loan for the intended purpose. Do not borrow money to invest in your farm only to use it for personal purposes like buying shoes or gambling.
